Laura was our Marketing lead in 2017 for WordCamp US. Right off the bat I could tell she was a pro, she quickly helped us develop a social media strategy that saw our audience and engagement grow rapidly. She then added members to her team and got us in a cadence of publishing great content regularly, and engaging with our audience.
Laura wasn’t afraid to get in the trenches, writing and publishing multiple pieces of content herself, as well as creating a weekly live Hangout for our audience to learn about our host city, Nashville, which ended up having great reviews and made a big impact to our attendees.
I found her communication with me to be impeccable, always keeping me updated on our most important initiatives and the drum beat of our social stats as well. All in all she did an amazing job and I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
